By accessing or using Zeranda ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of Zeranda.

2. Description of Service

Zeranda is an AI-powered personal assistant that connects to your supported email account to help you manage your email, calendar, bills, subscriptions, packages, and tasks. The Service uses AI to analyze your data and surface relevant information through an intelligent dashboard and chat assistant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Zeranda, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Email Account Authorization

Zeranda requires you to sign in with a supported email provider, such as Google or Microsoft, and grant access to your mailbox and calendar. By granting this access, you authorize us to:

• Read your emails to identify bills, subscriptions, packages, and tasks
• Modify email labels or status (e.g., mark as read) on your behalf
• Read and create calendar events on your behalf

You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access will prevent Zeranda from functioning.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Zeranda uses AI models to analyze your data and generate summaries, briefings, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should independently verify any important information before acting on it (e.g., bill due dates, financial information)
• Zeranda is a productivity tool and does not provide financial, legal, or medical advice

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

8. Service Availability

Zeranda is currently in early access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Zeranda service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Zeranda and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZERANDA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@zeranda.app. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
